[WATCH] Third arrest made in North Heights burglary

A third arrest has been made in connection with the June 26 burglary at North Heights Elementary School on Atteiram Drive.

17-year old Thomas James Hardeman of an Atteiram Drive address was booked into the Floyd County Jail early Tuesday on charges of 1st-degree burglary and theft by taking.

According to the arrest warrant, Hardeman entered the vacant structure and took $7,900 in property belonging to the school.

Two others were arrested last week in the burglary.

34-year-old Melinda Jane Black and 18-year-old Charles Franklin Pollard, both of anĀ Atteiram Drive address, are also charged with 1st-degree burglary and felony theft by taking.
