According to Floyd County jail records, A 41-year-old Berry Cochran was jailed on Thursday for the felony of armed robbery and aggravated assault.
Berry Cochran stands accused of the offense of armed robbery when he brandished a gun at the clerk of Chuck’s Corner Store, where he took $3,400 in cash.
In addition to the felony of armed robbery and aggravated assault, Cochran was also charged with a misdemeanor of operating a motor vehicle on a suspended license.
