A second voting location has been added for the final week of advance voting next week.
According to Floyd County Elections officials, you will be able to vote in advance in the community room at the Floyd County Administration building on East 4th Avenue October 28 through November 1 from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. each day.
You can still vote at the Floyd County Health Department on East 12th Street during the same hours weekdays.
Voting will also take place this weekend at the Rome Civic Center on Jackson Hill.
You can cast ballots there from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Saturday and from 1 until 5 p.m. on Sunday.
City voters are deciding six seats on the Rome City Commission as well as a referendum on whether or not restaurants will be able to sell alcohol by the drink from 11 a.m. until noon on Sundays.
