[VIDEO] Kemp, Duncan, Ralston, DPH, GEMA, and Georgia Guard Provide COVID-19 Update (April 20th)

Georgia Governor Brian Kemp –

Governor Brian Kemp, Lieutenant Governor Geoff Duncan, Speaker David Ralston, Georgia Department of Public Health Commissioner Dr. Kathleen Toomey, Georgia Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency Director Homer Bryson, and Georgia National Guard Adjutant General Tom Carden provided an update on COVID-19 from the Georgia State Capitol.

The Governor announced a phased approach that will allow several businesses to reopen with limitations this Friday, April 24 including: gyms, bowling alleys, tattoo parlors, barber shops, beauty salons, nail salons, estheticians and massage therapists.
For Monday April 27, restaurants and theaters may reopen (clubs and bars remain closed for the time being).

All businesses that reopen must implement measures to mitigate the exposure and spread of COVID-19.
