Rome Area History Center to have a soft re-opening on July 7th

The Rome Area History Center will have a soft re-opening on Tuesday, July 7, 2020. To help ensure social distancing, tickets are required for entry. Entry is free, but tickets must be reserved in advance. Tickets will be available in hourly time slots between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Entry is free, but a suggested $5 donation can be made to support center programming. To secure your reservation, please visit RomeAreaHistoryCenter.org.

The center will be following COVID-19 guidelines and is limiting visitors to 10 each hour. Anyone who feels unwell on July 7 should stay home. Visitors will have their temperatures checked before being allowed to enter the center and masks are required to be worn inside. If visitors do not have a mask, one will be provided one upon entry.
