Help support Rome City Schools’ students as they prepare to head back to class!
WSB-TV has partnered with the Children’s Restoration Network, the Georgia Center for Nonprofits and the Georgia Foundation for Public Education in hosting a virtual “Stuff the Bus” school supply drive July 13-18 for school systems throughout the state.
According to their website, this summertime school supply drive historically encouraged viewers to donate supplies at school buses parked around metro Atlanta. In an effort to expand this annual project, WSB-TV moved all operations exclusively online.
Rome City Schools, alongside other school districts in the state, were asked to examine the needs of their community. Using funds raised, WSB-TV and their partners are helping to meet those needs and make sure that Georgia students get the school supplies they need to succeed.
