FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS
A 57-year old Rockmart Man was booked into the Floyd County Jail Saturday on charges of criminal attempt to commit aggravated child molestation, furnishing obscene material to a minor, obscene internet contact with a child, electronic enticement of a child, and sexual exploitation of a child.
According to Floyd County Jail records, Douglas Lee Sanders made contact with someone he believed to be a minor on an internet site.
He then allegedly sent lewd pictures and asked the person he was chatting with to engage in sex acts.
Sanders then traveled to Floyd County to meet the person.
