COVID-19 report for September 20

GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH

Floyd County reported 12 new COVID-19 cases from Saturday to Sunday.

According to the Georgia Department of Public Health, 2,975 Floyd County residents have tested positive since March and 40 have died.  No new deaths were reported Sunday.

Bartow County is at 2,801 cases, up by 11 from Saturday.

Gordon County is at 1,783 total cases, up by five.

Chattooga County is at 723 positives, up by nine.

Polk County is at 1,400, up by four.

No new deaths were reported in any of these counties from Saturday to Sunday.

Statewide, we are at 306,155 total cases, up by 1,145.

There have been 6,602 deaths, up by three.
