GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH

Floyd County reported another 49 COVID-19 cases on Wednesday, according to the latest status report from the Georgia Department of Public Health.

These latest cases mean that 7,132 Floyd County residents have tested positive since late February.

Bartow County reported 75 new cases and one death Wednesday.

Gordon County saw 54 more positive test results.

Polk County had seven new positives and 2 deaths while Chattooga County saw eight new cases.

Statewide, we are at 602,796 positive tests and 10,035 deaths.

5,671 cases and 70 deaths were reported Wednesday.
