The Floyd County Commission will recognize the Floyd County Police Departments Officers of the Year when they meet this evening.
Other agenda items for the meeting include a $40,000 contract with Municode for a new website design and hosting.
Commissioners are also set to approve a Deed of Easement with Norfolk Southern Railway in the amount of $1,000 annually for property as part of the Redmond Trail project.
The commission meeting begins at 6 p.m. in the ballroom at the Forum River Center.
Everyone in attendance is asked to wear a mask and to practice social distancing.
The pre-meeting caucus starts at 3:30 p.m.
Rome Fire Chief Troy Brock will be on hand to give a fire department presentation.
