A 36-year old Silver Creek man has been arrested on a felony warrant charging him with theft by taking.
According to the warrant, Robert Francis Looney Jr. took 128 packs of lottery tickets worth $35,000 from convenience store on Maple Road.
The theft while Looney was an employee of the store.
