The Floyd County Commission will get an update on the E-911 department when they meet Tuesday.
The update will come during the pre-meeting caucus, which begins at 4:30 p.m. in the Floyd Room at the Forum River Center.
The regular meeting will begin at 6 p.m. in the Ballroom.
Agenda items include appointments to several boards and committees, the purchase of four Dodge Charger Police Pursuit vehicles for the Floyd County Police Department, and the approval of a contract for the grading of the Floyd County Jail retention pond in conjunction with the Jail Medical construction.
The commission will also hear a staff recommendation regarding the Rome-Floyd Employee Wellness Center.
The meetings are open to the public.
Everyone in attendance is asked to wear a mask and to practice social distancing.
