Gather in the parking lot of the Serve Rome Building (behind the Rome First United Methodist Church sanctuary on East 2nd Street) and pick up your own Glow-in-the-Dark Pinwheel. At 7:30 pm, we will walk together to the Chamber of Commerce office to place our pinwheels and recognize the FRC 2nd Annual Poetry Contest Winners, the 2021 RFCCCY George Pullen Award recipients, and the 2021 “Katie Dempsey Star Volunteer Award” recipient. After a few short words, we’ll take a photo and invite attendees to enjoy downtown Rome.  Attendees must wear a mask that covers their face and nose and practice social-distancing during the event (please help us keep our community safe).
