FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS
A teenager was arrested early Sunday on multiple charges including theft by taking a motor vehicle, discharging a firearm near a public street, terroristic threats and acts, burglary, and reckless conduct.
According to Floyd County Jail records, 19-year old Hunter Douglas Reed of Lindale took the victim’s vehicle, drove while under the influence with an open container of alcohol and a firearm in the vehicle, and then threatened four police officers.
The report states that Reed also shot a firearm toward a house on Kingston Road.
Five people were in the home at the time.
Reed also entered the residence and stole a firearm.
Reed is additionally charged with underage possession of alcohol, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, obstruction of officers, theft by taking a firearm, and discharge of a firearm while under the influence.
