FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS
A 28-year old Rome is facing a felony count of terroristic threats and acts following his arrest early Monday.
According to Floyd County Jail records, Timotheus James Boyett got gasoline on the victim and threatened to burn her.
Boyett also damaged a door belonging to the victim and then shoved her, causing an abrasion to her elbow, resulting in additional charges of criminal trespass and simple battery.
The incident occurred at Boyett’s home on Eugenia Circle.
