Redmond is proud to partner with our friends at Floyd Against Drugs & the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office to host our fourth annual opioid and unused medication take-back event this weekend.
This event coincides with the DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration’s) National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day, a date dedicated to raising awareness about the dangers of opioid misuse and proper disposal of medication.
We invite our community to join us this Saturday, October 23rd, to safely and anonymously dispose of any unused medications at our 2021 Drug Drop.
The collection site will be located at the Main Entrance of Redmond Regional Medical Center in order to accommodate drive-through drop-offs and social distancing.
