FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS
An inmate at the Floyd County Jail is facing charges after he fractured another inmate’s skull Monday.
According to jail records, the victim also suffered a brain bleed along with injuries to his elbow and nose.
24-year old Thomas Andrew Strickland is charged with battery, aggravated battery, and unlawful acts of violence in a penal institution.
