FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS
A 48-year old Rome man has been arrested in connection with a disturbing case of elder abuse.
According to Floyd County Jail records, Christopher Alan Brooks smeared human waste on the victim’s face as he grabbed and shook the victim’s face.
He also tried to run away from law enforcement officers.
Brooks is charged with exploitation and intimidation of the elderly, simple battery, simple assault, obstruction of officers, and reckless conduct.
