Floyd County Schools is currently accepting applications for next year’s Floyd Virtual Academy.
Virtual Academy is only available to our students in 8th through 12th grade.
Please note that students are not automatically enrolled in virtual academy just because they participated in virtual academy this school year.
If you have a student that will be in grades 8-12 next school, you may fill out an application to be considered for the virtual academy by clicking here.
All applications will be evaluated for approval based on a variety of factors including graduation progress, historical attendance, student motivation criteria, and a teacher recommendation.
The application window will close on Friday, April 22nd.
If you are interested in applying to participate in Floyd Virtual Academy for the 2022-2023 school year, please take advantage of this opportunity.
There will be limited slots available.
All students that do not receive acceptance into Floyd Virtual Academy for the 2022-2023 school year will be required to return to school for in-person learning in August.
