FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS
The driver of a dump truck was arrested for fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement in the area of Rockmart Highway Monday evening.
According to Floyd County Jail records, 34-year-old Dale Raymond Holtzclaw of Rome failed to stop for sheriff’s deputies when they attempted a traffic stop.
He then resisted causing an injury to one of the deputies.
Holtzclaw was additionally charged with felony obstruction, and operation of a commercial vehicle without a valid license.
