Man charged with terroristic threats, public indecency

A 47-year-old Atlanta man is facing multiple charges following his arrest at a park on Jewell Frost Drive in Rome.

According to Floyd County Jail records, Bobby D. Gray threatened to kill the victim with a knife.

Gray then took off his clothes in front of several citizens at the park and then put on a bra.

He then resisted arrest.

Gray is charged with terroristic threats and acts, public indecency, possession of a knife during the commission of a crime, and obstruction of law enforcement.
