Floyd County Jail Records –
A Clarkston Georgia man was arrested by the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office on Monday for Theft. According to Floyd County Jail Records, 26-year-old Demarco Keunte Fann allegedly rented a mini-excavator from the Rome Home Depot and then attempted to sell it on Facebook Marketplace for $8,000 to someone in Wetumpka Alabama. Fann is being charged with felony theft by conversion.
