Rome man arrested for Drug trafficking

Floyd County Jail Records –

A 53-year-old Rome man was arrested by the Floyd County Police Department at a location on Anderson Road on Monday after he conspired with others using a phone or the internet to sell controlled substances. According to Floyd County Jail Records, Julio Martinez-Guzman of a Rollingwood Drive address allegedly conspired with others to transport and sell over 28 grams of methamphetamine. Martinez-Guzman is being charged with the use of a communication facility in the commission of a felony involving a controlled substance, and a felony attempt to violate the Georgia controlled substance act.
