A 21-year-old man has been added to the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office’s Most Wanted list.
Miguel Angel Palmerin is wanted for the removal or destruction of his ankle monitoring device and escape.
Palmerin was never in custody however after receiving a guilty verdict he was ordered to turn himself in before a certain date and he failed to do so.
