An argument between two employees in the parking lot of the Kellogg’s facility on Old Lindale Road ended with a deadly shooting Monday.
According to a Rome Police Department news release:
Officers responded to the scene at around 10:47 p.m. after 29-year-old Dekembe Devion Smith called E911 and reported he had shot 26-year-old Keion Tyjuan Harper, also of Rome.
