A Rockmart woman has been arrested in connection with a shooting early Friday in West Rome.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
32-year-old Fredreska Kenshia Sullivan got into a verbal argument with 32-year-old Jamaya Cheyenne Martin of Rome at 708 Shorter Avenue.
Sullivan then shot Martin in the leg.
The incident occurred at around 1 a.m. Friday.
Sullivan was arrested in Polk County and transported to the Floyd County Jail a few hours later.
