Two charged with entering autos, contributing to the delinquency of a minor
Two Rome men have been arrested in connection with the theft of a firearm from a vehicle in the Armuchee area.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
21-year-old Tyler Michael Zachary and 19-year-old Nicholas Brandon Worthy entered multiple vehicles on Windrush Drive.
A firearm was stolen from one of the vehicles.
Zachary was found with two guns at the time of his arrest — one was in his right sock, the other in his pocket.
A 15-year-old female, who also had a firearm concealed on her, was with Zachary and Worthy, who are charged with entering an auto, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, theft by taking, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Man accused of entering vehicle on Redmond Circle
A Rome man was arrested Monday on a felony warrant charging him with entering an automobile.
According to the warrant:
30-year-old Toby Lance Eden was seen on security footage entering a vehicle on Redmond Circle.
Several items were taken.
The incident occurred on July 14, according to the warrant.
