Authorities continue to search for a fourth man indicted recently on murder charges in connection with a shooting in North Rome back on May 21, 2021.
23-year old Marquivias Shabron Nicholson was also indicted on charges of participation in criminal street gang activity, aggravated assault, and battery by a Floyd County Grand Jury on Friday.
Nicholson, 20-year-old Justin Antonio Glynn, 20-year-old Malachai Alexander Williams, and 18-year-old Corey Lashun Chatman Jr. are accused in the shooting death of Derricus Smith on Perkins Street.
Glynn, Williams, and Chatman are already in custody.
