It may be hot outside, but before you know it, the holiday season will be here.
The Rome Christmas Parade Committee has announced that the theme of the 2023 Rome Christmas Parade will be “CHRISTmas – It’s a Wonderful Life.”
The Parade will be held on Tuesday, November 28 with the rain date of November 30.
Applications for those wanting to be in the parade will be available starting September 1st at www.romechristmasparade.com.
Applications are due by November 15.
The entry fee is $100 per application and an additional late fee of $50 will be attached after November 15.

The Rome Christmas Parade is one of the oldest and largest parades in Northwest Georgia.
Parade proceeds are applied to parade costs and the Light Up Rome campaign to contribute to downtown Rome, Georgia’s Christmas decorations.
