Rome City Commissioners will get an audit report for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2022, when they meet Monday night.
Maudlin & Jenkins has issued an unmodified or clean opinion, meaning all the final statements present fairly in all material respects.
Also, on Monday, the commission will hold public hearings for a special use permit for an adult day care on Roseway Circle, a rezoning request for multi-family residential on South Broad Street, and a rezoning request for community commercial on John Davenport Drive.
A proclamation condemning Hamas terrorism and support of Israel is also on the agenda for the meeting, which begins at 6:30 p.m. at Rome City Hall.
During the caucus, which starts at 5 p.m. the commission will hear a presentation from the Rome Transit Department regarding rebranding.
