A Rome man is accused of pointing a handgun at a woman during an altercation on Hardy Avenue early Tuesday.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
37-year-old Taimar Alexander Ritchey then fled from police.
He is charged with felony counts of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, as well as misdemeanor counts of obstruction of law enforcement and fleeing or attempting to elude.
