A Rome woman has been arrested in connection with a stabbing incident Friday at a residence on Highland Circle.
According to Floyd County Jail records and a Rome Police Department report:
22-year-old Carla Victoria Perez got upset after being kicked out of the residence and stabbed the female victim on the right side of the face and back.
Perez then left the scene after being attacked by the victim’s dog.
Perez, who was later located and transported to the hospital or treatment of a dog bite to her left arm, is charged with aggravated assault.
