The Rome Alcohol Control Commission will conduct a license hearing for a West Rome business when it meets Monday.
The hearing will focus on an allegation of drinking inside Mi Tienda Food Mart at 611 Shorter Avenue.
The establishment has no pouring license.
Last month, Garden Lakes Food and Beverage received a 60-day suspension of its beer package license and a $2,000 fine for a similar violation.
Also Monday, the ACC will consider a new beer package license for JD Food Mart at 1600 Shorter Avenue, and new beer and wine package licenses for Family Dollar at 1417 N Broad Street, East Rome Food Mart at 107 E 12th Street, and Maple Food Mart at 2017 Maple Avenue.
The meeting begins at 5 p.m. at Rome City Hall.
