A 45-year-old West Rome man is facing multiple charges, including failure to register as a sex offender, after he was seen walking across the parking lot of Alto Park Elementary School on Tuesday.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
Antoine Deon Scott is also charged with entering an automobile after he rummaged around the inside of someone else’s 2020 Jeep Wrangler.
He then fled on foot from two officers, resulting in an obstruction charge.
Scott is also charged with loitering or prowling, loitering in a school safety zone, and giving a false name or date of birth.
