The Rome Alcohol Control Commission is recommending a $2,000 fine and a 30-day suspension of the alcohol license at Party Time Beverages on Martha Berry Boulevard.
The ACC conducted hearings for two establishments that were recently cited for selling alcohol to a person under the age of 21.
The Rome City Commission will have the final say on the recommendation.
The other business, Chevron Express on Turner McCall Boulevard, received a letter of warning since it was their first violation.
Also Monday, the ACC approved a beer and wine package license for Crawdaddy’s Provisions at 300 North 5th Avenue, and a beer and wine pouring license, along with an entertainment license for Cecil T’s Mercantile at 7 Broad Street.
