Five arrested on drug charges in Silver Creek

-Floyd County Jail records-

Five people were arrested Sunday on Stephens Road in Silver Creek on drug charges.

According to Floyd County Jail records:

43-year-old Brandy Alice Mathis and 50-year-old Daniel Edward Harris, both of the residence, were found with approximately three grams of methamphetamine, prescription pills, and a small amount of marijuana.

They are charged with possession of meth, possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

48-year-old Stephen Douglas Arp Jr. of Silver Creek was found with several baggies of methamphetamine, synthetic marijuana, and a digital scale.

He is charged with possession of meth, possession of meth with the intent to distribute, possession of drug-related objects, and possession of synthetic marijuana.

60-year-old Guy Anthony Brown Sr. of Dalton was found with several baggies of methamphetamine, a large amount of marijuana, and a digital scale during a search of his vehicle.

He is charged with possession of meth, possession of meth with the intent to distribute, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, and possession of drug-related objects.

34-year old Summer Dae Hamilton of Cave Spring is charged with possession of meth and possession of drug-related objects after she was found with methamphetamine and a glass smoking device.
