Floyd County voters will head to the polls on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, to decide on several state and local issues.
At the state level, races include:
- Public Service Commission District 2: Tim Echols (R, incumbent) and Alicia M. Johnson (D)
- Public Service Commission District 3: Fitz Johnson (R, incumbent) and Peter Hubbard (D)
Locally, voters will decide on the FLOST — a one-percent sales tax renewal used to reduce property taxes for Floyd County and the City of Rome.
Two alcohol-related referendums will also appear on the ballot, asking voters whether to allow the sale of distilled spirits by the drink and to permit Sunday sales.
