A GoFundMe page has been established to assist a family displaced by a fatal fire in Silver Creek.
Timothy Born’s home at 1591 Old Rockmart Road caught fire on Monday, claiming the life of his uncle due to smoke inhalation, and leaving another uncle hospitalized with severe burns.
Timothy’s mother suffered burns but survived, and he and his sister escaped safely, though the family also lost three cats and one dog in the blaze.
The GoFundMe will help the family replace essential belongings and secure new housing as they rebuild after the devastating loss.
