A Silver Creek man has been arrested in an alleged assault at his Woodberry Drive apartment on Monday of this week.
According to the arrest warrant:
45-year-old Adrion Jermaine Sullivan Sr. used an “object, device or instrument which is likely to or actually result in strangulation.”
The warrant did not go into any further details.
Sullivan is also charged with 3rd-degree cruelty to children because the assault was heard by a minor under the age of 18.
