A Rome man was arrested at his Ashland Park Boulevard residence on Saturday and charged with being a party to the crime of aggravated assault.
According to an arrest warrant:
19-year-old Carlos Monroe Dunnom was with another person who fired a gun at a passing vehicle on Calhoun Avenue on Friday of last week.
The incident was captured on surveillance video.
Dunnom, who had a firearm in his possession, is also charged with being a party to the crimes of reckless conduct and discharge of a firearm near a public street.
