ACCG Annual Conference 2026
Floyd County Commissioner Allison Watters was recently reappointed to serve as an at-large representative on the Board of Managers for the Association County Commissioners of Georgia (ACCG). The 2026-2027 ACCG Board of Managers was sworn in by Colquitt County Administrator and state Rep. Chas Cannon during the Installation and Awards Luncheon at the Association’s recent annual conference in Chatham County.
“We are excited to welcome our newly installed Board of Managers, a group of leaders, passionate about public service, chosen by their peers to guide the association,” said Executive Director Dave Wills. “Their dedication and expertise will be essential as we collaborate to enhance the well-being of Georgia’s counties, which have one purpose: to provide essential and desirable services to constituents.”
Watters has served on the county commission since 2017 and was first elected to serve as chair of the commission in 2023.
