Man accused of sending obscene video to a minor
A Grovetown, Georgia, man was booked into the Floyd County Jail on Wednesday on felony warrants for obscene internet contact with a child and electronically furnishing obscene material to a minor.
According to the arrest warrants:
On April 1, 2023, 31-year-old Christopher Jordan McCullers sent a video of himself engaged in a sexual act to a 14-year-old via Facebook Messenger.
He also sent written descriptions of sex acts he would like to perform on the victim.
Man charged with terroristic threats and acts
A Rome man is accused of making a threat with a weapon at his Asbury Drive apartment early Thursday morning.
According to the arrest warrants:
25-year-old Rolando Manuel Alonso, while holding a long gun, threatened to kill a woman and everyone else as she was attempting to leave the residence.
The victim described the gun as an AK-47.
Alonso also pushed and held the victim, preventing her from leaving.
He is charged with terroristic threats and acts, and false imprisonment.
Woman charged with meth possession
A Lindale woman was arrested on Wednesday at Clover Street and Flannery Street on a felony count of possession of methamphetamine.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
51-year-old April Ann Davis had meth concealed inside her purse.
She also has an active warrant in Bartow County.
