Man charged with stalking, terroristic threats and acts
A Celanese man is accused of harassing and threatening his neighbor on Kirkwood Street.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
51-year-old Micah West Blankenship continuously yelled at the victim each time he saw her.
He had his windows open in order to view the victim.
At one point, Blankenship said he was going to kill her.
The victim was visibly shaken and feared for her safety.
Blankenship is charged with terroristic threats and acts, simple assault, and stalking.
Man charged with meth possession
A Kingston man was arrested on Monday and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug-related objects.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
Police responded to a burglary call on Third Street in Shannon and found 28-year-old Wiley Brent Watson outside, attempting to gain entry to the house.
Although it was later established that Watson had permission to be on the property, he was found with A glass smoking device and suspected meth.
