Man Charged for Possession of Methamphetamine and Intent to Distribute
A man was arrested on the 5th of August for being found in possession of Methamphetamine with intent to distribute.
According to Floyd County Jail Records:
59 year old Reginald Bryant Weaver was found to be in possession of Methamphetamine in southeast Rome after admitting to the possession. After further investigation, he was also charged with intent to distribute when the Methamphetamine was found to be in separate small bags alongside a scale.
Reginald Bryant Weaver has been charged with possession of drug use related products, possession of a schedule I or II substance with intent to distribute, and possession of a schedule I or II controlled substance.
Man Arrested and Charged After Driving Without a License and Threatening Officers
A man was arrested for driving with an expired license. After which he picked up more charges while at an assigned hospital.
According to Floyd County Jail Records:
42 year old William Daniel Larberry was arrested on Burnett Ferry Road for driving with an expired license. After which he was placed into the custody of a hospital. While the details of why he was placed in the custody of a hospital are unknown, he willfully refused the orders of three officers assigned to watch him and had to be dragged back into the hospital. He has also been charged with terroristic threats when he threatened to “beat the asses” of the officers.
William Daniel Larberry has been charged with willful obstruction, driving while license suspended or revoked, and terroristic threats.
