She is charged with participation in criminal street gang activity, hindering the apprehension of a criminal, and theft by receiving stolen property.
The shooting occurred on April 6 and left a 6-year-old child with a gunshot wound.
North was taken into custody in Cayton County last week.
He is charged with aggravated assault, aggravated battery, drive-by shooting, criminal street gang activity, and violation of the Georgia Criminal Street Gang Act.
17-year-old Tydarius Arthur McClure was arrested in April on charges related to the incident.
A third suspect, 16-year-old Qordarius McClure, was killed in an unrelated shooting in Atlanta on July 4.
As a result of North’s arrest, all three individuals identified during the Rome Police Department’s investigation have now been accounted for.
