Floyd County Police are investigating a pedestrian versus vehicle collision that occurred Friday night in the area of Chulio Road and Cole Road.
Authorities were initially unable to confirm the identity of the woman who was injured, but after sharing photos of her tattoos, they were able to identify her.

This was the second pedestrian/vehicle collision in less than 24 hours.
On Friday morning, a 7-year-old child was airlifted to an Atlanta Hospital for treatment of multiple injuries after being hit by a vehicle on Chateau Drive.
